What We Collect

• Account info: Your name and email address when you sign up
• Canvas API key: An access token you provide to connect your school's Canvas LMS
• Student & grade data: Courses, assignments, grades, and due dates synced from Canvas on your behalf
• Usage data: Basic logs to keep the service running and debug issues

How We Use It

• To show you your student's grades, assignments, and missing work
• To sync data from Canvas so your dashboard stays up to date
• To keep the service running smoothly

That's it. No hidden uses. No selling to third parties. No targeted advertising.

Google Sign-In

If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address. We don't access your contacts, calendar, or any other account data.

Canvas Data

When you connect a Canvas LMS account, we use the API token you provide to read course, assignment, and grade information. We access this data in read-only mode and only to display it on your dashboard. Your API token is stored encrypted and is never shared with anyone.

Data Sharing

We don't sell or share your personal data with anyone. Your student's grade and assignment information is visible only to you.

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely on servers in the United States. We use industry-standard security practices to protect it.

Your Rights

You can disconnect your Canvas account at any time from the Connections page, which removes all synced student data.
